In this intermediate course, students will learn how to create a cast of a found, sculpted clay or wax object. Students will learn an approach to silicone mould making which enables the creation of multiples. By the end of the course, students will have acquired a few casts and technical knowledge to take forward into their own practice. We will cover a range of cold-working, finishing and polishing techniques to bring your sculptures to a finished state.
Previous experience would be beneficial but is not required.
