Kieran Vogt is a multi-disciplinary artist from Ottawa, Ontario, working in glass, illustration, and pyrography. He is fascinated by highly detailed, decorative work that takes aesthetic cues from gothic architecture and art nouveau.

Nature and the fantastical have been lifelong interests of his. While he takes great inspiration from the entire natural world, he has a particular fondness for the diverse forms of insects, plants, and fungi.

That prevailing passion is reflected in his current work which centres around abstracted glass floral sculptures and lattices. It explores the multifaceted forms inherent in the biosphere and takes cues from the symmetry and innate geometry of life on a microscopic level.
