Carol Ann Savage lives in Toronto, Ontario, where she is active in the community as a glass artisan and professional musician. She performs regularly as principal flute with the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra and has taught for many years at Upper Canada College.
Savage has enjoyed sharing her glass skills in many studios across North America and as far away as Thailand. Working mostly in soft glass, she has also explored combining her small pieces with larger cast forms. She is a Director at Large for the International Society of Glass Beadmakers. Her work can be found in the Corning Museum of Glass Shops and galleries across Ontario. She was the first-prize recipient of the 2022 "Your Bead for Venice" competition.
