Copper Shawl Pin - 3hr class
What is a fibula?
Archeologists use the word to describe what we would now call a brooch or a pin. The fibula has been made into a variety of shapes, however originally it was based on the safety pin concept and had the practical function of fastening clothing.
Want to make an object steeped in history? Join us for this class! You will learn to manipulate copper wire into various forms to create a finished shawl pin. Glass beads can be incorporated into your design.
