Students will receive a guided exploration of boro glass, including colour, some methods of colour application and the specific tools and techniques used to create sculptural pieces. Students will also benefit from teacher demonstrations. Over the course of the 4 weeks, students will make a leaf pendant, a honey dipper, a ring, and an animal figurine
Tools and materials are provided for the class.
Due to the nature of glass, students will have to return to pick up their finished pieces after they have been annealed.
