Elisabeth Woods
Elisabeth works for a union and thrives on her involvement with the social justice movement. Woods finds peace in the glass studio and her time at the torch allows her to escape the chaotic rigours presented by her dedication to her profession. She likes to relax at the torch while playing and experimenting with colour and form.
Elisabeth’s imaginative combinations of her glass beads with other materials allows for the creation of funky jewellery. She rarely repeats the same design. Elisabeth has been flameworking since 2008 and continues to learn and investigate the boundaries of glass. Her quirky pieces are sold exclusively at Loretta Studios and Gallery, where her studio has been located since Loretta was founded in 2015.
