Ottawa based glass artist Everett Barr, also known as Dangerboy jr, has been working with borosilicate glass for over 8 years. First behind the torch at age 17, Everett turned to sculpting early on in his career and has continued to specialize in different styles of sculpture; currently focusing on nature and mythological themes.

Everetts Journey in glass thus far, has been nothing but transformative. From taking classes with highly skilled artists such as, Banjo, contrabasso, Joe peters, Kim Thomas and more, developing and further pushing his own skills, to creating collaborative pieces with artists all around the world; his passion for glass only grows.

Now moving on to the next step in his career, teaching. Loretta Studios & Gallery has graciously opened their arms and accepted Everett as an instructor to teach from beginner to advanced levels and anything in between.
