Using a flame, gravity and some basic tools, you’ll transform rods of glass into tiny ghosts full of personality — sweet, spooky, surprised or perhaps a little mischievous.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen, slide on over to LOAM Clay Studio (literally: we’re connected by a sliding barn door!) where you’ll build the haunted house your ghosts will call home.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUsing slab-building and sculptural handbuilding techniques, you’ll construct a freestanding ceramic haunted house inspired by crooked rooftops, wonky windows, mysterious doorways, chimneys, steps and all the wonderfully imperfect details of a house that might just be haunted. Design openings, ledges and hiding places for your glass ghosts to peek through windows, lurk around corners or welcome unsuspecting visitors at the front door.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMake it eerie and abandoned, whimsical and wonky, gothic and dramatic, or more cute than creepy. No two haunted houses — or their resident ghosts — will be quite the same.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYour finished ceramic and glass sculpture will be a one-of-a-kind piece made for bringing out every spooky season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWorkshop details:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eFinished pieces will be ready for pickup 2–4 weeks after the workshop date.
